Lump sum building Package
For peace of mind, Ridgemont Constructions can offer traditional lump sum price contracts, whereby we will quote and commit to a price to undertake your whole project from start to finish.
This price will be based on any information you can provide (plans and specifications) and is still the most common form of contract in the building industry.
Design & Construct Package
A design and construct package takes the hard work out of the building process. We can combine the architecture, engineering and construction in the one contract, working together as a team to turn your concept into reality.
Cost Plus Service
A cost plus contract might be used where the nature or scope of the work to be carried out cannot be properly defined at the outset, or when the risks associated with the works are high, such as emergency work (for example urgent alteration or repair work or if there has been a building failure or a fire requiring immediate reconstruction or replacement of a building so that the client can continue to operate their business),

Remedial Work
Our defect free approach to construction has seen us highly recommended by architects and past clients to execute remedial works on buildings completed by other building companies.

We understand that with most remedial/refurbishment projects we undertake, the apartments/offices will remain occupied throughout the construction process.
