An amazing external transformation of an old office building in North Sydney’s CBD. Ridgemont Consructions was engaged by James Clifford Constructions to provide a practical, structurally sound and aesthetically appealing solution using aluminium composite cladding. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

This was a project for a very reputable regular client of ours, James Clifford Constructions. Our contract on this project comprised of creating a whole new façade to a very old, out-dated office building, making it more attractive to potential business tenants.

We decided to use the vitrabond cladding panels with a heavy gauge steel structure to ensure longevity.

The transformation was absolutely amazing.

Features:

• Vitrabond cladding to the whole outside of the 14 storey building. Including waterproofing.
• Heavy gauge steel framing to provide external profile desired by client.
• Steel strengthening works to aged, weakened brick walls.
• Illuminated signage laser cut into vitrabond at street level.
