Ridgemont Constructions is committed to providing a safe working environment at all times. The health and safety of our employees, contractors and everyone involved in our operations is always our number one priority.
With this very strong focus on health and safety, we have developed a comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety Management Plan which all of our staff are comprehensively inducted and trained in. We regularly consult with health and safety specialists to advise us on any updated legislations that may be passed, and also on any case studies and ideas that may be relevant to what we do. All of our projects are visited and inspected regularly to ensure that safety standards are being met and that all of our staff are working within the parameters of our OH&S Plan.

Ridgemont Constructions always aims to:
- Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities
- Induct all employees and contractors through the OH&S Plan and ensure they are always working within it’s parameters
- Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety
- Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment
- Ensure safe handling and use of substances
- Provide sound information, instruction and supervision for employees
- Ensure all employees are competent in the tasks they are doing, and that they are adequately trained and licensed
- Prevent accidents and cases of work-related injury
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace and conditions
- Review and revise this OH&S Plan as necessary at regular intervals.
